NMRV GEARBOX

Made of steel or die cast aluminum alloy, NMRV gearbox is reckoned for its technically advanced features. Worm section of this gearbox is made of 20 Cr steel that has been carbonized and quenched heat treated to attain required surface hardness.  Tin bronze alloy has been chosen to design worm wheel section of this gearbox to enhance its mechanical attribute. NMRV gearbox is appreciated for its low noise operation, large output torque rate and consistent functioning. Shot blast treated and paint applied surface of its aluminum housing remains rust and wear protected for years.
